REFUND POLICY
At this time we are unable to make any Returns or Exchanges on ALL E-juice products. For online-only purchases, unused Hardware that includes Mods, Tanks, Coils & Accessories can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees for the items that are sent back.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

For All Out of Stock Items , a refund will be issued back on the card used within 24 hours. Note: The process can vary and take up to 72 hours for the refund to show on your bank statement depending on the branch you're with. For any questions, regarding your order contact us.
RESTOCKING FEE

We will charge 20% restocking fee, if an order package(s) is not signed during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. Refunds/Exchanges will be made in the form of Store Credit or Refunded within the 14 day period. Any purchases past the 14 days will be added as store credit to your account. Please be aware that if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you, no credit/refund will be given and the package will be returned to the customer.
